Students First Coalition PAC supports candidates who are prepared to serve, govern responsibly, and put students and communities ahead of politics.

School board service requires preparation, judgment, and a willingness to make difficult decisions involving academic outcomes, district finances, and public trust. Our support is reserved for candidates who understand the responsibility of governance and are committed to accountability, transparency, and results.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
We consider candidates who demonstrate:

HOW WE SUPPORT CANDIDATES
Students First Coalition PAC implements initiatives to identify, prepare, and support qualified candidates who meet clear leadership standards.
Candidate Identification

​We actively identify individuals who demonstrate the experience, judgment, and commitment required for effective school board service.

Standards and Criteria Development

We apply clear, consistent criteria when evaluating candidates, with an emphasis on governance, fiscal responsibility, transparency, parental engagement, and academic outcomes.

Screening and Evaluation

Candidates participate in a structured review process that may include interviews and assessment of leadership experience, understanding of school board responsibilities, voting record (if applicable), and readiness to serve.

Network and Visibility Support

When appropriate, we may provide coordinated visibility through public endorsements, events, or communications conducted by the PAC.

Support is individualized and based on demonstrated readiness, alignment with standards, and the needs of each race.
WHAT SUPPORT DOES NOT MEAN
To be clear, Students First Coalition PAC support does not include:

Guaranteed endorsements or financial contributions

Support for candidates unwilling to meet governance expectations
Support is provided in compliance with Arizona campaign finance laws and is intended to strengthen leadership capacity in Arizona.
EXPECTATIONS AFTER ELECTION DAY
Our work does not end on Election Day.
