HOW THESE STANDARDS ARE APPLIED
Students First Coalition PAC applies these leadership standards through a structured and consistent evaluation process. Our goal is to identify candidates who are prepared to serve responsibly and strengthen school board governance across Arizona.
CANDIDATE IDENTIFICATION AND RECRUITMENT
We actively identify individuals who demonstrate leadership experience, community involvement, and a commitment to responsible public service. Our focus is on individuals who understand the responsibilities of school board governance and are willing to prepare for the role.
APPLICATION AND INITIAL REVIEW
Prospective candidates complete a structured application that evaluates leadership experience, governance readiness, financial oversight understanding, and commitment to academic outcomes. Applications are reviewed to assess alignment with Students First AZ PAC standards and overall readiness to serve.
CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS AND EVALUATION
Selected applicants participate in interviews and evaluation discussions that assess judgment, professionalism, and understanding of school board responsibilities. The evaluation process considers leadership background, decision-making approach, and commitment to ethical public service.
HOW DONOR SUPPORT IS PROTECTED
Students First Coalition PAC applies clear leadership standards when evaluating candidates. Support decisions are based on readiness to govern, commitment to fiscal responsibility, and focus on measurable academic outcomes.

ENDORSEMENT CONSIDERATION
Support and endorsement decisions are made after careful review of each candidate’s qualifications, district needs, and overall alignment with governance standards. Not all applicants receive support, and endorsement decisions are based on demonstrated readiness and leadership potential.
